§ 74-139. Village fire protection district exemption.

The Cherry Valley Fire Protection District is hereby granted leave to install a four-inch water main inside their station house located on East State Street in Cherry Valley, Illinois. This water meter is to be used solely for fire protection purposes including, but not limited to, the training and the filling of fire trucks. The village shall provide the water meter at the village's expense and will waive all user fees under section 74-126. The Cherry Valley Fire Protection District shall pay to the village those service charges as set forth in section 74-127.
