§ 50-185. Planning and development committee; membership.

The planning and development committee shall consist of three members of the board of trustees. The three members of the board of trustees placed on the planning and development committee shall be recommended by the village president, and shall be placed upon such committee upon the majority vote of all trustees. It shall be the duty of the members of the planning and development committee to review all site plans and documents submitted to such committee for review for compliance with this article.
