The village, in furtherance of its ability to regulate and promote the public health,
safety and welfare of its constituents, does hereby pass and approve and adopt as
the building codes to be enforced for all buildings constructed within the jurisdictional
boundaries of the village all building codes currently approved by Winnebago County
and those Codes approved in the future irrespective of the edition or printing adopted
by Winnebago County.
In addition to the building codes currently approved by Winnebago County, chapter 18, as amended from time to time, of the Winnebago County Code regulating the construction
of buildings is adopted as well as fees and inspection requirements.
