§ 22-2. Parabolic or dish-type satellite television antennas.

  • (a)

    Sixty (60) inch diameter satellite television antennas are prohibited to be constructed, erected, altered, maintained or operated on any lot within the village.

    (b)

    Fines. Any violation of this section shall be fined not less than $50.00 nor more than $750.00 for each offense, and each separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violations occurs or continues.

    (c)

    Nuisance; injunction. Any violation of this section is hereby declared to be a nuisance. In addition to any other relief provided by this section, the village attorney may apply to a court of competent jurisdiction for an injunction to prohibit the continuation of any violation of this section. Such application for relief may include seeking a temporary restraining order, temporary injunction and permanent injunction. If any part of this section shall be declared un-constitutional, invalid or unenforceable by a valid judgement or decree of court competent jurisdiction, such constitutionality, invalidity, unenforceability shall not affect any of the remaining phrases, clauses, sentences, paragraphs or sections of this section.
