§ 10-87. Evasion of law.

The free dispensing, giving away or delivering of alcoholic beverages for the purpose of evading any provision of this chapter or state law or any other shift or devise to evade any provision of this chapter shall be held to be an unlawful sale and shall constitute grounds for revocation of a liquor license.
