§ 10-86. New Year's Eve closing hours; exception.

Irregardless of any provision to the contrary contained in this article, all licensees as licensed by the village shall be entitled to continue to operate until January 1 of the new year until 3:00 a.m. This section specifically expands the authorized hours for the sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption on the premises. All other ordinances and laws of the state as they pertain to restrictions of the sale of alcoholic beverages as packaged goods shall remain in full force and effect and are not affected by this section.
