§ 78-123. Term of office for enforcing officers.

The term of office for the persons empowered with the authority to enforce this article shall be the same annual appointment for those members on the public works committee of the board of trustees. In the event of a vacancy, the successor shall be appointed by the president of the board of trustees for the unexpired portion of the term.
