§ 78-41. Certain weeds declared a nuisance and prohibited.

  • The following plants shall be classified as noxious weeds and declared a nuisance and be prohibited from growing. In the event that these noxious weeds are found to exist outside of native planting areas, they are hereby declared to be a nuisance. It shall be unlawful to permit any of the following weeds to grow or to remain in any location other than a native planting area which has further restrictions. Noxious weeds for the purpose of this section are described as follows:
