§ 54-118. Cash bond required for renewal if license has been revoked; subsequent violations.

No bond shall be necessary with the first application for a scavenger's license in the village unless any part or section of this article is violated and the applicant's license revoked, in which event a cash bond of $100.00 must be posted with the village clerk before a license is issued. If any further violation of this article is commenced, then the bond shall be forfeited, and no further license shall be issued for one year from the date of the last violation.
