§ 54-112. Required; exception.

(a)

No person shall carry on the business of private scavenger, or shall be permitted to remove and dispose of garbage, ashes and miscellaneous waste without first having obtained a license to do so.

(b)

A license shall not be required of any person for the removal of garbage, ashes and miscellaneous waste matter from his own premises.
