§ 54-41. Collection service.

The village shall, through its employees or by contract, provide for the collection of all refuse on each Tuesday unless a Tuesday shall fall on a legal holiday, whereupon the pickup during that week will be delayed one day. Residents shall conform to the regulations set forth in this article.
