§ 2-294. Deposit of funds; commingling.

  • The village treasurer shall deposit the funds of the village in such depositories as may be selected from time to time as is provided by law. The treasurer shall keep the deposit of the village money separate and distinct from their own money and shall not make private or personal use of the village money.
