§ 2-141. Election; to serve as president of board of trustees.

Pursuant to 65 ILCS 5/3.1-15-5, there shall hereby be elected the office of Village President of the Village of Cherry Valley. The village president shall be elected for a term of four years and shall be president of the board of trustees as provided by state law.
