§ 10-124. Purchases by minors.

It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of 21 years to purchase, receive, consume or possess alcoholic liquor. Violation of this section shall be considered a class A misdemeanor as defined by 38 ILCS. Any party found guilty of this section may receive a fine not less than $50.00 and not more than $1,000.00 for each occurrence.
