§ 10-121. Employment.

It shall be unlawful to employ any person under the age of 21 years in any place in the village to mix or handle alcoholic beverages. Employees must be 18 years of age or older to act as a clerk to be authorized to ring up liquor sales at checkout counters for the sale of packaged goods. Employees other than defined above may be 18 years of age in any place in the village to serve alcoholic beverages. Bartenders must be 21 years old or older to handle alcoholic beverages. Waitresses or any other person serving alcoholic beverages must be 18 years old or older.
