§ 10-81. Good order required; gambling and prostitution.

  • (a)

    The licensee shall at all times keep good order in and upon the premises, and it shall be unlawful for a licensee to permit noisy, disorderly or obscene conduct in or upon the premises.

    (b)

    It shall be unlawful for a licensee, his employees or agents, to permit gambling, as defined in the Illinois Criminal Code, in or upon the licensed premises.

    (c)

    It shall be unlawful for a licensee, his employees or agents, to permit prostitution or solicitations for a prostitution in or upon the licensed premises.
